I have to stretch outside of my comfort zone and let's just say I am not a smooth as I should be . . . when selling myself and trying to gain biz. There are a lot of NOs - almost all NOs at this point, but if I steadily do it and am consistent I'm hopeful that it will be incorporated in my daily business and I won't be in such a state - failure is not an option - if I plug away it'll improve.
