		<description>Well, first, being resilient means a bit more than just making lemonade from those lemons.  Personally, I like to make the lemonade, then plant the seeds to make even more lemons, then I take the rinds of the lemons and put them in the trash compactor to keep it smelling fresh and then I . . .  You get the point.  The same way we have to stretch sometimes to make a bad day a little better, we should do the same when things are already going well.  Always take it a little further than *just enough*.  In that way, I find, when I am feeling a bit less bounce-backable than usual, I&#039;ve already planted the seeds (just like with those lemons) for future positivity to assist with that resilience.
