You have hit the nail on the head, love all your comments! It is so vague and meaningless, or as you say, means that they have their life out of control perhaps. I also work with people who are stressed and have difficulty with time management, and the difference in these people after they have re-thought their plans is fantastic! Busy is not allowed in the vocabulary - "here, here" - something else is needed that is far more descriptive.
