- Business & Executive Coaching – I coach business owners or future business owners to reach beyond your potential. My focus is on family owned businesses. Family businesses have issues unique unto themselves. Sales, marketing, time management, conflict resolution, employee issues, business development and more. Learn how to use your talents effectively and efficiently. Having created several businesses throughout my career, I’m different than most coaches — I really know what you’re going through.
- Social Media Marketing – For a select group of clients, I assist with their imprint in the social media world. That includes blogging, Twitter, Facebook, writing press releases, training materials and newsletters. While I’m a raving fan of social media when done right, it isn’t a replacement for face-to-face relationships. It’s also not a get rich quick scheme. It takes lots of time and consistency. Anyone telling you otherwise is incorrect!
- Midlife Reinvention - Midlife is really just a state of mind, not a particular age. It’s when you consciously start making decisions to get the life you want. Not the life you thought you should have. This consciousness is often precipitated by an event — business shakeup, kids grown and gone, divorce or relationship end, job loss, death in family. Something that makes you question your purpose and mission in life. You know you’re ready for change, but just don’t know how to make the next move.

My coaching process is results-oriented, rather than hand-holding. Sometimes it gets uncomfortable. However, I believe if you’re not feeling uncomfortable at some point in the coaching process, I’m not doing my job correctly.

A natural entrepreneur, Lisa has successfully built and grown several businesses — from a mid-size government contracting company to a multi-million dollar real estate finance firm. She is a specialist in individual performance improvement and has served as a coach and mentor to many.
She is an avid runner, having completed a dozen half-marathons and one full marathon. She has also coached runners to complete their first 10k race, half marathon or full marathon.
Lisa Kelly Zuba holds a B.A. in Applied Behavioral Science – using it to bridge the gap between human behavior and business.
She knows how much better life is when you follow your passion– but do it in a strategic way that fulfills your purpose.
